Beth & David celebrated their wedding with family and friends on October 16, 2016 in Milton, Ontario at the gorgeous Piper’s Heath Golf Club.  It was so great to see this couple again; I had gotten to know Beth & David the previous October for their engagement session.

These two actually had two wedding celebrations with their first being in Sedona, Arizona.  Their Canadian reception was absolutely beautiful with clear skies and rolling green hills of the golf course.  The weather and scenery made for perfect photos.

Inside Piper’s Pub, family and friends gathered to celebrate Beth & David.  There were stunning chandeliers, romantic white flowers, golden-hued accents and a cake and cupcakes that were topped with rosette-shaped icing.

Their cake vendor was Oh My Sprinkles by Emma .  She did a phenomenal job – the cake smelled absolutely delicious!!

Beth & David used a wedding planner for their Arizona event, but found that to be wasted time, so they opted to skip hiring a wedding planner for this event.  The food was all handled by the venue, which gave the couple one less thing to worry about handling for their special day.  They used Waterdown Flower Market for their floral needs.  The beautiful bride chose her gown at a shop on the mountain in Hamilton; she knew the moment she tried it on that it was ‘the one’.

She advises other bride-to-be’s to avoid taking too many people to dress shop with you, as it can become quite overwhelming. Both David and Beth were relaxed about the celebration, which really helped them to be able to enjoy every moment.  They decided to do a “first look” and see each other before they took their vows, which took the pressure off and gave them an extra hour together in a place that was so special to them as a couple. Their wedding day was a little smaller than they imagined, but was also everything they dreamed of.  They will cherish celebrating with so many close friends and family.

Beth tells other couples planning a wedding that “It won’t be perfect.  Things will happen.  At the end of the day, it is a party the two of you are throwing to celebrate your love.  Enjoy every moment!”  Thank you Beth & David; it was a pleasure to work with you both and I wish you nothing but happiness ahead!
